Design and construction of single level basement comprising Bedroom, Library, Cloakroom, and bathroom.

Cranbrook were appointed by the client to design and construct a single level basement the centrepiece of which was a library with natural fireplace.

The Cranbrook site team completed all construction works which included walnut bookshelves and coordinated herringbone floor finishes.

Custom-built additional storage is provided to match the floor and joinery finish.
