Cranbrook were instructed by the client to design and build a complex basement with aboveground extensions on this landmark property.

Very unusually the property benefits from four garages which provided ample storage for a wide variety of vehicles.

The basement level accommodation includes two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a kitchen area which features a dining room below a glass conservatory.

The Cranbrook site team completed all aspects of construction including the total refurbishment of the existing property.
