White Box

A white box construction solution is often favoured by clients who may have existing relationships with specialist suppliers or may wish to see the completed basement in a cellular form with basic finishes applied, prior to making final decisions or any interior finishing works.

Either working from Client designs or preparing architectural layouts in house, Cranbrook would carry out the entire construction process up to and including plastered wall surfaces with a simple white paint finish.

Electrical services will be installed and left fully operational together with water and waste pipe services to bathrooms and any kitchen area, the final installation of bathroom furniture, kitchen units, joinery and any specialist finishes would be carried out by others.

The extent of works carried out under the “white box” process is flexible and can be modified to suit the clients precise requirements.
