The turnkey construction process provides the Client with the very best solution in tailor-made residential basement construction and remodelling.

Once appointed, the Cranbrook team would manage all aspects of the design and the construction process including specialist suppliers and contractors engaged by the client.

Using our in-house architectural design team we would produce plans and technical specifications for the entire project including lighting design, fitted furniture arrangements and bathroom layout plans etc.

Mindful that the clients time might be limited, Cranbrook would provide regular Client reports and manage the entire process to include not only architectural matters but also project related construction works using the highly experienced Cranbrook site team.

Benefiting from the experience gained through over 40 years of expert project management, Cranbrook would guide the client through the complex process of selecting building finishes which would include stonework, wall finishes, flooring and bathroom furniture.
