Kevin leads the Cranbrook team with over 30 years’ personal experience in the prime residential sector. Acting as the main point of contact for all Clients, Kevin’s principal focus is the seamless delivery of high quality construction coupled with exceptional attention to detail. With a firm belief in traditional Client service and professionalism, Kevin leads the Cranbrook team by example.
Steve has been a part of Cranbrook for almost 30 years during which time he has developed a deep experience and understanding of prime residential construction. Widely respected within the industry and with a no nonsense approach, Steve has overall responsibility for the delivery of the Cranbrook construction process on site. Supported by a team of project managers Steve is in regular contact with Clients ensuring that the Cranbrook reputation for quality construction is delivered on time, every time.
David has been an invaluable part of the Cranbrook team for over 10 years during which time he has obtained planning permission for countless basements and wider house alterations. Acknowledged as an industry expert, David has an intimate understanding and specialist knowledge of basement planning policy across the London region. With a special interest in heritage and conservation areas, David has successfully won basement planning approval’s for a large number of English Heritage statutorily listed buildings.
Helen has responsibility for supporting our Clients after construction work has been completed and the project moves into the guarantee and maintenance phase. As the initial point of contact, Helen coordinates key service staff to attend our Clients homes and to offer a wider package of property support, to include general maintenance and repairs. Working closely with the site team, Helen will ensure prompt attention and timely resolution to any warranty issue.
