Design and construction of single story basement comprising Two Bedrooms, Family Room, Bathroom and Storage Area.

Cranbrook were appointed by the Client to design and construct a single level complex basement located within the Hampstead Garden Suburb.

Daylight levels to the basement where enhanced by the installation of Heliobus Lightwell platforms which reflect aboveground daylight into the basement.

The client brief included the supply and installation of fitted bedroom furniture and floor finishes together with redecoration of the property.

The entire construction process was completed by the Cranbrook team.

Upon completion of this project received the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust Architectural Design Award.
