Cranbrook were appointed by the client to design and build a single level basement to shell stage construction.

The property is situated within an extremely narrow London mews where large deliveries were not possible due to which restriction.

The Cranbrook site team completed all construction works whilst liaising closely with neighbours and the local residents Association.
