Single-storey basement comprising Swimming Pool, Steam Room, Gymnasium and Changing Facility

Having been referred to the client, Cranbrook were appointed for the design and construction of a subterranean leisure complex which includes an indoor swimming pool and steam room facility.

An extensive drainage system and ventilation installation was required as part of the swimming pool construction process which featured a fully retractable safety cover.

The campsite team completed all aspects of construction including installation of specialist floor finishes throughout the basement area and mosaic tiling to the steam room
