Design and construction of single level basement to provide Bedroom, Bathroom and Family Media Room.

Cranbrook were appointed by the client for the design and construction of the basement to a shell stage including waterproofing.

Prior to the commencement of basement works the existing building had undergone a refurbishment package which included high quality finishes throughout. In addition, the proposed basement was in close proximity to a number of Listed Heritage Structures.

The Cranbrook site team completed all elements of construction without disturbance to any adjacent structure.
