Design and construction of basement comprising Bedroom, Family Room, Study, Bathroom and Plant Room

Cranbrook were appointed to design and construct a basement with associated internal alterations below an original four-storey London house.

As part of the construction process the existing plant room was relocated to basement level whilst maintaining the existing services installation.

Works to the upper levels included general refurbishment, replacement bathrooms and installation of bedroom storage.
