Design and construction of a single level basement with above ground extension forming Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, Sitting Room and dressing room.

Cranbrook were appointed to design and build an occasional guest bedroom with sitting room which could also double as a family room.

With space at a premium the ensuite bathroom was carefully designed to fit directly below the basement access their flight. The clever use of a marble finish around to the bath provides a generous bathing area with useful storage.

The above ground extension provided an additional bathroom with dressing room.
