Design and construction of a single level basement comprising kitchen family breakfast day room with associated sitting area and bedroom

Cranbrook were appointed by the client to develop a placement scheme which will provide a large functional kitchen area suitable for both socialising and providing a children’s play space.

As part of a wider basement area a bedroom with ensuite bathroom was constructed including mirrored wardrobe storage.

The basement reception area was complemented by a scheme of walnut doors and flooring in tandem with electronic lighting all of which was installed by the Cranbrook site team.
