Design and construction of single level basement comprising Family Media Room with Micro Kitchen, Bedroom and Ensuite Shower

Cranbrook were appointed by the client to design and construct a statement basement which featured a custom made floating stair flight providing access from ground floor to open plan family media room.

A cantilevered timber staircase with floating glass balustrade was designed and installed in tandem with a range of minimal contemporary finishes blending seamlessly to achieve a functional multiuse space.

Cranbrook developed the design for a micro kitchen bar area to enable socialising within and adjacent to the family media room.

The Cranbrook site team undertook the entire basement build process.
