Cranbrook retained by the client to design and build a single level basement structure which will provide additional bedroom and kitchen space.

The property is located within a traditional London news featuring narrow access which required careful coordination of all vehicle movements.

The Cranbrook site team completed the construction of the basin on time despite the client increasing the scope of works to include refurbishment of the upper levels.

Glass panels within the ground floor structure allow the basement to benefit from a light filled environment.
