Design and construction of a single level basement forming Kitchen, Dining Area, Family Room and Steam Shower.

Cranbrook were appointed to design and build a single level basement structure providing an enlarged kitchen dining area which would also act as a family congregational space.

The client’s background as an interior designer enabled the creation of a soft contemporary multiuse environment capable of formal and informal function

The Cranbrook site team carried out the entire build including installation of large format stone flooring complemented by warm water underfloor heating.
