Design and construction of single level basement comprising Family Room, Study Area, Shower Room and Specialist Finishes

The Client require contemporary style basement with specialist finishes to walls and floors.

Cranbrook were retained to design and build the basement whilst managing the installation of specialist finishes which had been selected by the client.

Of particular importance to the client was the construction of wide open plan spaces which did not require installation of isolated supporting columns.
