The client having acquired this detached property which required a complete refurbishment instructed Cranbrook to design and build a basement structure and to complete structural repair works throughout the existing property.

All mechanical and electrical services were replaced as part of the refurbishment works which includes replacement of existing Windows and doors.

The Cranbrook site construction team works closely with client appointed specialist contractors including kitchen, floor finishes and landscape gardeners.
