Design and construction of basement comprising Gymnasium, Laundry Room, Utility Room and Storage area.

Having been recommended to the client by a work colleague Cranbrook were commissioned to design and build a basement within this London mews property.

Access to complete the basement build was via a small garage space which required careful coordination of deliveries and operative movement.

The client remained in residence throughout the construction phase with the exception of the installation of the connecting stair flight to the basement.

Close coordination with neighbours in respect of vehicle movements was required due to the narrow width of the access road.
