Design and construction of basement together with refurbishment of the entire property

Cranbrook were commissioned by the client to carry out a complete refurbishment of the existing property to include the design and construction of a single level basement.

As part of the construction works the entire property was stripped of existing building fabric including internal walls and floor structures.

Accommodation within the basement provided guest bedroom suite, study, utility room and plant room.

The works package included the supply and installation of a custom-made floating stair flight which was complemented by specialist floor finishes and large format glazing.
