Design and construction of single level basement comprising Kitchen, Bedroom, Ensuite Bathroom and refurbishment of Master Bathroom

The existing building is a grade 2 listed heritage asset located within the St John’s Wood conservation area.

Cranbrook were retained to obtain both planning permission and listed building consent for the construction of a single level basement and partial reconfiguration of the existing building.

Special construction techniques were adopted by the Cranbrook site team to minimise the impact of the build process upon the sensitive and historic fabric of the listed building.
