Design and construction of basement comprising Master Bedroom Suite with Dressing Room and Media Room

The client acquired the property in a dilapidated condition and commissioned Cranbrook to design and develop a basement extension to the property which would provide a master bedroom suite and associated accommodation.

The works completed by the Cranbrook team included replacement of the existing upper level floor structure together with a programme of significant structural repair to the wider property.

Careful coordination of the construction process was required to minimise disruption to neighbours and local businesses.
