Design and construction of single level basement comprising bedroom, bathroom, sitting room, and utility area

Being located in a private Mews and immediately adjacent to the Grade II listed St Matthews Church this project required careful consideration of all technical and logistical issues.

The basement level accommodation was constructed whilst the client remained in residence including complex modification to the existing mechanical electrical services and relocation of the plant room to the basement.

The Cranbrook team ensured seamless integration of client selected elements including fitted furniture and bathroom fixtures.

All construction works on site were carried out by the Cranbrook team.
