Design and construction of single level basement comprising family media room, bedroom with ensuite bathroom and utility room.

The Client’s home is a late Edwardian terraced property located close to Highbury Fields within the London Borough of Islington.

Having been referred to Cranbrook the Client brief was that all works should be completed whilst the property remained occupied and access to the construction zone would be via the first reception which was to be isolated for the duration of the project.

The Cranbrook team negotiated party wall agreements with adjacent owners and completed all construction works on site including partial refurbishment of the ground floor level.
