Design and construction of single level basement comprising Swimming Pool, Bathroom, Changing Area and Associated Accommodation.

Cranbrook were appointed by the client to construct the placement to a structural shell stage.

Substantial excavation was required to form the swimming pool shell which also benefited from a complex drainage installation.

A section of the basement area projected beneath the rear garden which require external waterproofing in addition to internal drained cavity membranes.

The entire construction process was undertaken by the Cranbrook site team.
