After the completion of the excavation and structural works phase, the greatest concern of all Clients is that their basement should be water resistant and free of dampness.

Our Clients may rest assured that basement waterproofing is of the highest priority to Cranbrook and we adhere to the very best standards of waterproof membrane installation.

The entire basement area including floor and walls is fitted with a sophisticated drained cavity membrane system, all installed to the rigorous requirements of British Standard 8102.

The membrane drainage system is connected via a network of concealed pipework to a subfloor pumping system which facilitates remote 24-hour monitoring.

The entire waterproofing process is fully tested to ensure problem free operation and is subject to the rigorous inspection standards of the Cranbrook quality assurance process.
